Made from grapes from low-yielding vineyards (3,000 kgs / ha) located in the Douro Superior, at an altitude of 500 meters, based on the grape varieties that, in our opinion, are best adapted to that sub-region and to the winemaking and stage in barrels (Gouveio, Rabigato and Viosinho).

Winemaking and aging: Alcoholic fermentation started in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature (14ºC) and was subsequently transferred to new 500-liter French oak barrels where fermentation was completed, followed by a stage on the fine lees of 12 months with battonage, in the first months of the internship, which gave this wine a perfect structure and concentration. Lemon colored wine with slight golden touches. A fresh and seductive wine is shown on the nose, with excellent intense toasted notes and well integrated citrus fruits with light floral notes. It evolves in the mouth tasting for a wine of serious size and excellent volume, standing out for the excellent acidity, freshness and minerality. A wine that finishes very balanced and persistent, with excellent aging potential in the bottle.

Service temperature: Serve between 12 and 14ºC.

Pairing: Ideal to accompany fish, seafood, white meats and soft cheeses.
